Venkat Krishnaswamy

Venkat Krishnaswamy is an Independent Director of our Company. Krish is a seasoned veteran with over 30 years of leadership, consulting and operational management experience in several industry sectors, and has broad experience in the creation and management of successful IT and business services organizations.

In the past, he has served as Vice Chairman of Cognizant’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. Over a period of 22 years with Cognizant, Krish held multiple P&L and business unit management responsibilities including financial services and insurance and was a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Since 2003, he took over the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice growing it and making it the preferred partner for many large US and global healthcare companies. In this role, Krish drove delivery of innovative solutions and services to the broader healthcare industry and made several strategic acquisitions and integrated them to offer a broad array of services to address emerging challenges and business trends across the payer, provider and life sciences industries. He is currently serving as advisory board member for Simplify Healthcare Technology and Recognize Partners LP.

Krish currently serves as an advisor to several PE firms and is on the boards of several companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering specialising in electronics and communication from University of Madras and master’s degree in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
