Recognized as a strategic and influential HR leader, Tina is a trusted advisor in driving cultural transformation and steering enterprise-wide change initiatives. Prior to joining Sagility, she led HR at Brillio and Tavant Technologies, and held leadership roles at Cognizant and Xchanging.
 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from R A Podar College, Mumbai, and an MBA from VESIMSR, Mumbai University.
