Sarvabhouman Doraiswamy Srinivasan is the Group Chief Financial Officer of our Company.

Srinivasan SD is a transparent finance professional with over 27 years of extensive experience in various aspects of finance. He has worked with the CEO and the board for over 15 years and has an expertise in strategy, operations, M&A, managing multiple stake-holders alongside audits, crisis management, turnarounds, and new ventures. Srinivasan brings industry-specific insights and deep domain knowledge in the healthcare industry that adds wealth and value to his role as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Sagility.

Known for his ability to foresee business needs, Srinivasan excels in articulating their significance and the potential financial risks / implications, by providing valuable insights to the CEO and the Board. His strong executive presence coupled with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and presentation skills contribute to effective decisions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras and is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was also awarded the certificate for final examination conducted by Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has been associated with our Company since January 6, 2022. He was previously associated with Medi Assist India TPA as chief financial officer and Hinduja Global Solutions Limited.
