As Executive Vice President, Group Chief Financial Officer, Srinivas Mattapalli (MR) leads Finance and Accounting as well as other important portfolios. such as Procurement, Audit & Sustainability, CREST Compliance.

MR is an industry finance veteran with over 30 years of experience driving P&L growth and business transformation in global organizations. His expertise spans P&L management, pricing and commercial strategy, and digital transformation.

He was a Senior Vice President at Genpact (NYSE: G), where he held multiple leadership roles, including Business CFO for the hi-tech and manufacturing vertical. He led enterprise-wide initiatives, such as a global Workday implementation to build a future-ready finance ecosystem and a cost transformation program that delivered significant and sustained value. Before joining Genpact, Srinivas worked at eFunds (FIS), Hindustan Coca-Cola, and Colgate-Palmolive, handling roles across SBU finance leadership, ERP implementations, and brand P&L management.

MR holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University, is a qualified ICWA professional, and is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in Finance and International Business.
