Sreepathy Viswanathan

Sree is based out of Austin, Texas, with 27 years of experience managing full M&A lifecycle and 12+ transactions across USA, Europe, and Asia to his credit. He worked with Tata, Epson, and Siemens in strategic planning, negotiating, and managing JVs, finance, and business turnaround management roles prior to joining HGS in 2005. He transitioned to Sagility post EQT’s investment in 2022. Now he leads the corporate development function at Sagility, which includes managing inorganic growth initiatives globally aligned to overall organization strategy, identification of target companies through extensive banker and corporate networks, validation for strategic relevance, managing due diligence, funding, negotiation and deal making, managing legal and closure process, and creating and program managing integration plans to deliver transaction goals managing relationships with all key stakeholders.

He holds an MBA with High Honors (The Amy and Richard F Wallman Scholar) from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from IBS India and a CFA charter from ICFAI University. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with Distinction from Bangalore University, India
