Siby Joy

As Executive Vice President of Global Account Management and Solutions for Sagility, Siby Joy manages key strategic accounts. Siby has nearly 25 years of experience specializing in US healthcare business across payers and providers. 

Siby embarked on his healthcare career with Deloitte consulting and expanded his talent across service operations, establishing and steering global services, enabling transformation practices, and leading strategic growth for Sagility clients.  

Over the past two decades, Siby’s roles have evolved, and today he is responsible for strategic account management of key accounts. His domain experience and expertise comprise capabilities spanning operations, consulting, global account start-ups, and strategic account management. Siby actively engages with clients to introduce insights and value-added solutions in collaboration with Sagility’s Practice and Technology Teams to drive exceptional business outcomes for clients and their consumers. 

Siby has a degree in Hotel Management and Administration and an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore India.
