Shwetank Verma

Shwetank Verma, SVP – Global Head Technology Infrastructure & CISO at Sagility, drives initiatives aligned with the organization’s technology strategy. He oversees strategic relevance, manages product decisions, and enhances the employee digital experience. His leadership has led to increased operational efficiency, improved customer experience, and significant gross margin gains. Shwetank has managed IT systems, infrastructure, and software lifecycles, led cloud migration efforts, and collaborated with the executive team to develop a substantial IT budget. He has successfully negotiated vendor contracts, implemented cybersecurity policies, and enabled seamless communication between IT and business units. His continued leadership is central to Sagility’s technological progress and security posture, positioning the organization for long-term innovation and success.

 
With over two decades of experience in technology infrastructure and information security, Shwetank has held key leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Concentrix, and eFunds. He played a pivotal role in driving growth and stability during the expansion of their Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. His expertise spans workplace digitization, mergers and acquisitions, operations management, service delivery, risk and project management, solution architecture, and vendor management. Shwetank leads large cross-functional teams, translates business needs into scalable technical solutions, and delivers innovative, cost-effective strategies with a strong focus on process improvement. He is known for his attention to detail and ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.

 
He holds a Master of Business Law from the National Law School of India University, is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and holds a B.Tech in Computer Science. He is based in Bangalore, Karnataka.
