Roopam Narayan

Roopam Narayan is our Executive Vice President, Practice and Solutions. Roopam leads the Practice and Solutions team, driving growth across new logos and existing accounts through innovative offerings, platform-based services, and BPaaS solutions across Payer and Provider functions. He collaborates closely with the technology team to enhance and develop go-to-market solutions and transformation services, with the sales team and CRMs to position and sell our solutions, and with delivery leaders to support service enablement and foster ideas for value creation.

 
Roopam is an industry veteran with 30+ years of multi-functional experience in the Technology, Business Operations and BPaaS space. In the last decade with Cognizant, he has played a key role in two large M&As, building on which he successfully scaled the Healthcare Payer BPaaS business.

 
Roopam holds a bachelor’s degree (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay and a post-graduate diploma (PGPX) from IIM Ahmedabad. He is based in the Denver Metropolitan Area, Colorado.
