With over 26 years of international experience, Manish brings deep expertise in technology operations, large-scale digital transformation, and consulting. He has successfully led enterprise-wide IT initiatives across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, including ERP modernization, workflow automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven decision support systems.

Prior to Sagility, Manish held senior leadership roles at Hinduja Global Solutions, 3i Infotech (an ICICI Group company), and Mastek. He led global delivery operations and transformation programs across the banking, insurance, and healthcare sectors. He began his career as a tech entrepreneur, founding a startup focused on web solutions and process automation during the dot-com era.

Manish holds a postgraduate diploma in management, and advanced certifications in security, analytics, and automation. A part of Sagility’s leadership since 2012, he is widely recognized for scaling enterprise IT through innovation, strategic clarity, and disciplined execution.
