Jimmy Mahtani

Jimmy Mahtani is a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of our Company. He has more than 24 years of experience and has been associated with Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) since 2006 (founding member of the BPEA India team). He currently serves as a Partner and Chairman of South & Southeast Asia in the EQT Private Capital Asia team. He is also a member of EQT’s Fund’s Investment Committee, and the Exits and Liquidity Committee and focuses on investments in the technology, healthcare and financial services sectors.

Prior to joining BPEA, Jimmy was associated with General Atlantic in Mumbai where he founded the India office. Prior to this, Jimmy worked for Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch in the US. He graduated with honors from Georgetown University with a triple major in Finance, International Business and Marketing. He currently serves as a director on numerous other EQT portfolio companies including Virtusa, CitiusTech, AGS Health, Credila, Indira IVF, AIG Hospitals, IGT Solutions and Straive.
