Ginger Dusek

Ginger Dusek is an Independent Director of our Company. Ginger has worked extensively in healthcare from graduate school through her retirement in 2023. She worked at Ernst & Young in technology for 3 years, then for 22 years at Accenture starting and leading in sales, product development and client implementations of their Health BPO practice for almost two decades before retiring.   In her role with healthcare BPO, she worked with some of  the largest US health plans selling and implementing programs in the US, Philippines and India.  She has extensive experience working with clients to solve their business challenges with a combination of strategy, technology and outsourcing.  Ginger also built Accenture’s Radiant Health Management BPO company, along with the anchor client WellPoint.  She led the transition of US licensed nurses across geographies and led a sales team in the market to sell the offering.

 

She has served on the Board of Managers of Radiant once Accenture acquired the company from WellPoint/ Anthem.   Ginger served as Accenture’s North America BPO executive from 2014-2017 serving all of Accenture’s North America clients spanning the Fortune 500.   Ginger also has served as a Client Account Lead of one of Accenture’s largest health clients.  She served on the North America leadership team, the Global Leadership Council and was part of the CEO Advisory Council.   She is known for her ability to create transformative value propositions with clients, and interactions with C Suite health leaders on solving their business issues, which included working across consulting, operations and technology.

 

She is a member of the Sagility Board ESG Committee and also serves on the Board of Directors as the VP & Secretary of Tree House Humane Society in Chicago, Illinois since 2019. She resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.

 

Ginger holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and a Masters of Health Administration from Washington University.
