Satishkumar Sakharayapattana Seetharamaiah

Satishkumar Sakharayapattana Seetharamaiah is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Bangalore University and completed the final examination for the bachelors’ degree in commerce from the University of Mysore, and he is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also obtained a diploma in commercial practice from Department of Technical Education, Government of Karnataka.

He has been associated with our Company since January 6, 2022. He has more than 23 years of experience and prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Hinduja Global Solutions, Biocon Limited, Himatsingka Seide Limited, Arjus Steels Limited, Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, ING Vysya Bank Limited, Centum Electronics Limited and BPL Group.
