Rajaram Natarajan

As Sagility’s Senior Vice President of Client Services, Dr. Rajaram Natarajan (Raj) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of health plan accounts. Over the course of his 27-year career, Raj has successfully driven value creation for organizations like Cognizant, Concentrix, HGS, Karvy Global Services, and HSBC. At these organizations, his client renewals included expansions through analysis, direct engagement, and operational transformation. Another critical achievement was his successful leadership steering organizational change from a business process services model to a BPaaS model, significantly impacting client outcomes. Additionally, his analytics and tech enablement guidance included implementation of state-of-the-art platforms, such as speech analytics, to improve customer satisfaction by sentiment conversion. Raj has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to learning. He graduated with a B.E. in Electronics, an MBA, AMP, and a Ph.D. in Operations Management. His thesis covered the topic of Coordination in Service Triads. He has published a paper in the Vine Journal of Knowledge Management, with another paper in review.
